Please call (317) 848-2818 to schedule your spa experience or book online. Reservations are requested. Walk-Ins are welcomed; however to ensure availability we recommend a phone call first. It is required that all appointments are reserved with a credit card.
Cancellations
We understand things happen. If you do need to cancel an appointment, we would appreciate 24 hours notice for spa appointments, and 48 hours for appointments with Dr. Carolyn.
When to Arrive
Arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment time will allow you to complete you paperwork while unwinding and enjoying our relaxation room. Please understand that latecomers will incur the full fee for shortened treatments.
Special Prices and Offers
If you will be taking advantage of any of our special prices, programs, coupons, or offers, please do inform us at the time of making your appointment.

We take great pride in providing a tranquil environment for our clients' relaxation. Please feel free to relax and enjoy our relaxation room before or after your treatment. Peace and quit are essential elements of a relaxing spa experience; we ask that you kindly silence your cell phones and pagers when on our premises.

Gift Certificates
Joy of Raphael gift certificates make the perfect gift for any occasion. They can be purchased for a service, package, or monetary value. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
Product Return/Exchange Policy
We do not allow any returns on all supplements as we are unable to control the temperature of these products once they leave the office .All sales are final. This includes the return of supplements, skin care, and body care items.
