Healthy Tips for Optimal Weight Loss

  1. Use your BMI (Body Mass Index) and Body Fat levels as your guide. We will be monitoring this for you during your program. Throw the scale away!
  2. Gauge your weight loss by the change in your clothes and your body.
  3. Work the program diligently and expect consistent small results. A monthly 2 lb. – 7 lb. weight loss is ideal. This is a slow evolving experience, not a crash program. Have patience.
  4. Be faithful with taking your nutritional supplements.
